These are pipes made of high quality PE 100-RC (crack resistant) with the same use as the standard PE 100 material, the difference being that they are highly resistant to scratching and point-load, and are used in specific difficult conditions for installation where alternative installation techniques are required.
They are produced in accordance with EN 12201-2 and additional requirements in accordance with PAS1075.

CLASSIFICATION OF PE – 100 RC PIPE
TYPE 1: pipes with full walls made of PE-100 RC.
Single-layered pipes with full walls made of PE-100 RC as defined in ISO 4065.
TYPE 2: PIPE with dimensionally integrated protective layer made of PE-100 RC
Double-layered pipes with dimensionally integrated protective layers consist of PE-100 or PE-100 RC and have an inner coextruded protective layer made of PE-100 RC. Triple-layered pipes with dimensionally integrated protective layers consist of PE 100 or PE 100-RC and have an inner and outer coextruded protective layer made of PE-100 RC. The coextruded layers are mutually and inseparably connected with special technology connecting the layers. Made of PE-100 RC, the inner layer is integrated as a functional layer within the wall structure.
TYPE 3:Pipes with dimensions according to ISO 4065 with dimensionally added outer protective layer made of PP The pipes with dimensions as specified in ISO 4065 with outer protective layer consist of a basic pipe made of PE-100 RC/PE 100, single-layered or double-layered pipe and protective layer made of polypropylene. The minimal thickness of the protective layer is 0.8mm.
